I called Eric's office from Seattle on a Sunday afternoon regarding a home I saw listed for sale on the internet. I expected to get a voicemail, but to my surprise Eric answered my call. I explained to Eric that I was in Seattle and my family was relocating to Pittsburgh and we needed to find a home because we had sold our home in Seattle.
My wife preceded me to Pittsburgh to preview homes and for 2 weeks Eric showed her numerous homes within a wide price range nearly every day. I then returned to Pittsburgh and we came to terms on our new home with 5 days!
